Volunteer Reference Requests

Our organization values the time, dedication, and impact of our volunteers, and we are pleased to support those who seek reference letters for academic or professional opportunities. To ensure that all requests are handled fairly, consistently, and with care, we have established a set of minimum eligibility requirements and recommended timelines.

The Volunteer Reference Request Guide outlines the steps you need to follow when requesting a reference letter, including what conditions must be met, what information is required, and how far in advance to submit your request. Reviewing this guide will help you understand the process and ensure that your request can be considered in a timely and appropriate manner.
